Conditions for Using the Services

  • Services are available for citizens of Ukraine with temporary protection status.
  • Assistance is provided in crisis situations in cases of stress, family difficulties or when consultation with a specialist is needed.
  • To receive support it is sufficient to call the hotline or register on an online platform.
